About Ethics & Integrity Institute
The Ethics and Integrity Institute (EII) is a non-profit organisation that promotes responsible culture and an environment of responsible corporate citizens, who subscribe to and practice good ethics and governance, in Africa. The Institute promotes ethics by equipping organizations with requisite skills for Comprehensive Ethics Management Systems. Our array of programs enable your organization to establish structures, processes and strategies of mainstreaming ethics within the organization.

At a high level, these dynamic and constantly changing courses present and reinforce different ethical concepts.

How HR professionals act is just as important as what they know – that’s why soft skills are so essential for growth. Soft skills are personal attributes that enable HR professionals to interact effectively and harmoniously with other people in the workplace, including co-workers, management, and customers.
Team Training Programs (Team Building)
The goal of team training is to develop cohesiveness among team members, allowing them to get to know each other and facilitate relationship building. Team training can be administered either in-house or externally.
