EII’s vision is to inculcate morally responsible conduct beyond compliance with key priority being to partner with public, private and civil organizations in building requisite capacity on mainstreaming ethics. The Institute has enormous competence in offering capacity building, advisory and consultancy assignments including in social research.

The Institute promotes ethics by equipping organizations with requisite skills for Comprehensive Ethics Management. Our programs facilitate organizations to establish structures, processes and strategies of mainstreaming ethics that is prevention, detection, investigation and resolution of unethical and corrupt practices. Ethical practices must be promoted in all facets of our lives to sustain viable businesses as well as maintain peace. Therefore, we work in partnership with organizations locally and globally to build capacity.

Since inception, the institute has trained close to 5000 officers from both the Kenyan  private and public sectors. In addition, it conducts additional programs such as change management, organizational culture change, stress and lifestyle management among others. The Institute has mounted international study mission, programs and conferences to over 25 countries including Dubai, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Zambia, Botswana, South Africa, Nigeria, Malawi, Germany, Slovakia, Australia, USA, Canada, Italy, Israel, Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia and India.
