Culture Change for Reproductive Business. (TEII 001)

The course enables employees to think business, inculcate sense of urgency, etiquette, and interrogate their viability on decision making. It targets supervisors who seek to discover the critical role that culture and business etiquette play in work force transfer.

Sensitization on Corruption Prevention. (TEII 002)

Educates employees the meaning of corruption, myths about corruption, effects, importance and challenges. It’s designed for all levels of staff.

Corruption Risk Assessment- First Step to Promoting Integrity. (TEII 003)

Suited for heads of departments, integrity assurance officers and members of integrity committees which aims at building capacity to assess managing ethic risks.

Understanding Ethics and Common Ethical Dilemmas. (TEII 004)

It is a refresher course that creates an importance, definition and concepts of ethics and dilemmas encountered at workplace. Targets all levels of staff administration.

Ethics and Risk Assessment- First step to promoting integrity. (TEII 005)

It is meant for heads of department, integrity assurance officers and members of integrity committees to assess the process of managing ethics risks, potential harm and ways of mitigation.

Developing And Living an Effective Ethics Code. (TEII 006)

Emphasizes on the importance of codes of ethics, influencing organizational behaviour. Developed for Chief Executive Officers, board of directors, heads of department, management staff and Law Society of Kenya who are required to understand prominence code of ethics, purpose of the codes, process of code development, content of code and tone of code. 

Mainstreaming Ethics and Integrity. (TEII 007)

Offers training on ethics management, seeks to develop institutional technocrats with requisite competence, rich theoretical knowledge and skills to promote business conduct. Offered to ethic officers, ethic committee members and investigation officers.

Fraud Detection and Prevention – Who commits fraud? (TEII 008)

Designed for all levels of state leaders and CEOs, board of directors, head of department, finance officers, Law Society of Kenya and audit officers. The goal is to create understanding of fraud prevalence, detection prevention and its deterrent to economic growth.

Ethic, Corruption, Prevention Strategy. (TEII 009)

Meant for integrity and anti-corruption committees for manager and directors to offer knowledge on ethics and related concepts, corruption and how it manifests itself, ethic dilemmas and how to handle and eradicate corruption. 

Integrity Testing, Attracting and Maintaining Upright Workforce. (TEII 0010):

Course used by human resource managers in recruiting staff, integrity officers, internal auditors.  It is meant to ensure upright and suitable persons are employed while addressing negative vices that may impact the organization.
