Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/p>

  1. Membership to the proposed Institute of Public Administrative Officers is voluntary and is intended to serve the interests of members by building their capacity, lobby for better welfare, providing networking opportunities, exposing the members to employment and business opportunities.<\/li>
  2. Your 50% payment is confirmation of your interest. These funds will be utilized to hire a qualifiedcompany secretary to register the proposed Institute with the relevant Kenyan authorities. The name may be altered depending on the process and findings.<\/li>
  3. The Institute has no control over the duration of time it may take to constitute the proposed Institute.<\/li>
  4. In case of delays, members will meet within 6 months or by the end of October to forge a way forward.<\/li>
  5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: -The members indemnify and holds Institute, its directors, employees, and members harmless against any claim of whatever nature which may be made against any of them (including legal costs on an attorney and own client scale) resulting from or occasioned by the function, howsoever arising including but not limited to personal injury or death.
