HIV/AIDS
It was declared a national disaster in Kenya in 1999 by the government which established the National Aids Control Council. It is intended to build organizational commitment to reduce the spread of AIDS and its effects as well as stigmatization.
Disability Mainstreaming
The Performance Contract guidelines requires that all public institutions implement the Government Policy on affirmative action for people with disabilities. The training targets the disability committee members and will help in creating awareness in the organization and implement the disability policy and make necessary reports to the organization and to the National Council for People with Disabilities ion Kenya.
