Institute for Capacity Development is a training institution registered in 2011. The Institute promotes performance by researching and empowering staff through demand driven programs. We offer a wide range of learning solutions to meet the specific needs of individuals, organizations, Counties and Government agencies. Our services include study missions, consultancy services, research, training and capacity development, study abroad, work abroad and conference tourism. Our programs are designed for different levels of employees in the organization to improve work performance.

We provide training for education administrators and entrepreneurship development courses targeting small and micro enterprises, specialize in courses, sensitizations, surveys and research on areas that are a requirement as per the targets of the Performance Contracting. These are: Gender mainstreaming, disability mainstreaming, HIV/AIDS, ADA, Occupational Safety and Health, skills gap analysis and competency index surveys.

We are duly registered with the National Industrial Training Authority to offer each of the programs after duly satisfying all NITA conditions, including presenting certified profiles and certificates of the trainers. Our NITA Reference number is NITA/TRN/887.

For over fourteen years we have possessed the capability, resources and expertise to assist our clients with temporary, contract and permanent recruitment. Our consultants have a proven track record of successfully recruiting across a diverse range of sections. We have interacted with over five hundred thousand participants in more than a hundred companies, had international courses in twenty-five countries, annual ethical studies, study missions on health, agriculture, water and security,
